Discover Me
My professional career spans more than 40 years across science, training, leadership development, and coaching. I began as a Laboratory Analyst at Nietvoorbij before joining Somchem as a Scientist, where I completed my MSc in Polymer Science.
I later moved into learning and development as a Technical Trainer with the Plastics Federation of South Africa in Johannesburg. I then spent 25 years with Distell (now Heineken Beverages) in product development, where I was involved with innovation in packaging in the Cider and Spirits Categories. During this time, I also gained extensive experience in people development, leadership, and organisational growth. My passion for helping people realise their potential evolved into a deeper commitment to coaching.

In 2019, I completed an MPhil in Management Coaching through Stellenbosch Business School and have been involved in coaching since then. I retired from Distell in August 2023 to focus my time and energy on my coaching practice.
Today, I am passionate about supporting women who want to navigate life's transitions, reconnect with their passions, discover their strengths, and create a future that is aligned with their values and purpose.
I believe that every woman has untapped potential.
